Colombia immigration officials detained 10 Haitian citizens this afternoon, among them 6 children

Immigration officials in Colombia, Wednesday afternoon detained 10 Haitian nationals without documentation in the city of Santiago de Cali, after they were alerted by citizens about people who appeared to be lost. 

The police detained them until officials from the Ministry of Foreign affairs and immigration came to take them away.

Among them, three adult women, a man, two boys, a girl and three infants. It has not yet been established if they are related, how they arrived there and if or when they will be deported back to their homeland.
